Caitlin
Registered Dental Hygienist
Caitlin had the privilege of joining the Orion Lakes Family Dentistry team in 2022! She is a Registered Dental Hygienist that graduated from Ferris State University in 2010. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in 2011. To be able to help meet patient comfort needs, she became certified in Local Anesthesia & Nitrous Oxide administration.
She is a graduate of Lake Orion High School & currently lives in the Oxford community. It makes her feel so privileged to be able to provide quality hygiene care to her hometown community. Her most important contribution to this dental team is the ability to make her patients at ease with her infectious laugh & outgoing personality.
Caitlin’s husband & her two little boys are her world. Spending time with her family & friends is very important to her & consumes most of her free time.
Lisa
Hygienist
Lisa is Dr. Witer’s dental hygienist. She is a U of M grad and has been practicing for over 20 years.
Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband, Greg and their goldendoodle Cali. They live on the lake and love to go boating on hot summer days.
Lydia
Hygienist
Lydia is our dental hygienist who came to our office June 2024. Lydia has been dedicated to the dental field for over 5 years, bringing enthusiasm to every patient interaction. Known for the gentle touch and warm demeanor, Lydia takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable during their visits.
During her education, she became certified in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide. Lydia was honored with the Collaboration Excellence Award in recognition of her positive attitude and contributions to team success while in dental hygiene school.
When she is not cleaning teeth, she enjoys family time and teaches competitive dance.
Sally
Hygienist
Sally graduated from the Dental Hygiene program in Windsor, Ontario Canada and became licensed to work in Michigan in 1988. Sally moved to Romeo in 1996 and raised my son and daughter here.
Sally enjoys gardening, sewing and getting up north during the summer months.
Carrie
Hygienist
As someone who loves to make sure patients feel comfortable and at ease, Carrie has been practicing dental hygiene since graduating from Oakland Community College in 2003.
When she’s not cleaning teeth, she enjoys growing flowers for weddings and small events, along with renovating a historic home with her husband in Armada. She loves walking her dog, running and biking on the trail, campfires by the pond and spending time with family & friends. “

I’m Marah, I’m a new grad and I’ve been a dental hygienist for a year now! I chose dentistry to connect with patients, understand their needs, and help them feel comfortable and confident with their smile! When I’m not at work I love to travel, spend time with family/friends, and enjoy doing outdoor activities.

Madison
Receptionist And Assistant
Madison is our receptionist & assistant here at Witer Family Dental. She enjoys welcoming our patients & makes sure they receive quality service & attention.
Outside the office Madison likes to take her lab, Kona, on walks & hang out with her friends on the weekends. Madison’s favorite food is sushi & she loves Arnold Palmer.
Kendall
Assistant
Kendall has been a dedicated member of the Whiter Family Dentistry team since 2022. She holds an Associate of Science degree and is working toward her goal of becoming a Dental Hygienist.
Known for her compassionate care and attention to detail, Kendall enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and confident during their visits. When she’s not in the office, you can find her spending time with her husband and family at their cottage, where she loves relaxing and going to the beach. Kendalls favorite hobby is fishing.
Juli
Assistant
Juli is one of the assistants to Dr. Witer. She lives in the country with her husband & two kids. She enjoys reading & being on the water.
Erica
Dental Assistant
Erica was born & raised in Austin, Texas. She made her way up to Michigan in 2021, when she began her dental assisting journey. Erica graduated early 2023 with honors & has been a wonderful addition to our team with bright smiles & a determined attitude. She has so much compassion for helping our patients feel comfortable in the dental chair. Our patients & staff enjoy her bubbly, positive personality & radiant smile.
In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors with her husband & 1.5-year-old twins, swimming, fishing, & hunting.
Katie
Administrative Assistant
Katie is a dedicated and X-ray certified dental assistant and receptionist who brings warmth and professionalism to every patient interaction. With a passion for helping others, she prides herself on creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for everyone who walks through the door. Known for her kindness and upbeat attitude, Katie is a trusted part of the dental care team. Her expertise lies in managing patient schedules, coordinating appointments, handling insurance inquiries, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Outside of work, she lives in Romeo with her husband and their three amazing kids. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and catching up with friends on the weekends.
Emma
Administrative Assistant
Emma is highly skilled at scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and managing patient records. She is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service, answering your questions, and helping you feel comfortable and well-informed about your treatment options. Whether it’s assisting with appointment scheduling, handling billing inquiries, or coordinating with our dental team, Emma is here to make your visit stress-free and enjoyable.
Outside of the office, Emma enjoys spending time with friends and family. She loves to shop and enjoys tanning at the beach.
