Caitlin
Registered Dental Hygienist
Caitlin had the privilege of joining the Orion Lakes Family Dentistry team in 2022! She is a Registered Dental Hygienist that graduated from Ferris State University in 2010. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in 2011. To be able to help meet patient comfort needs, she became certified in Local Anesthesia & Nitrous Oxide administration.
She is a graduate of Lake Orion High School & currently lives in the Oxford community. It makes her feel so privileged to be able to provide quality hygiene care to her hometown community. Her most important contribution to this dental team is the ability to make her patients at ease with her infectious laugh & outgoing personality.
Caitlin’s husband & her two little boys are her world. Spending time with her family & friends is very important to her & consumes most of her free time.
Jill
Hygienist
Jill has been with our office since June 2022 & has been in the dental field for 34 years. Jill is married to her husband Bill. The couple have a 4-year-old Brittany Spaniel named Ryleigh. When Jill isn’t cleaning teeth, she enjoys selling Real Estate, camping, & spending time with her family.
Lynn
Hygienist
Lynn has been in dentistry for over 25 years. She graduated from Mott Community College in 1997 with a degree in applied science. During her time there, she was honored by her instructors with the Golden Scaler Award.
Lynn has been married to her husband Mike for 32 years & has two children, Madison & Adam. In her spare time she enjoys reading & doing various crafts.
Lisa
Hygienist
Lisa is Dr. Witer’s Dental Hygienist. She is a U of M graduate & has been practicing for over 20 years.
Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband Greg & their Goldendoodle Cali. They live on the lake & love to go boating on hot summer days.
Cecilia
Registered Dental Hygienist
Cecilia (or Cece) is a registered dental hygienist who graduated from Oakland Community College. During her education at OCC, she became certified in Local Anesthesia & Nitrous to help with patient care. She started working on the Orion Lakes Dentistry team in 2023. She chose dental hygiene to assist the dentist in identifying oral disease & to maintain & regain oral health for the quality of life of the patients.
Cece graduated from Oxford High School & lives in Ortonville. Before her dental hygiene career, she worked in the medical field for several years & served the community by working as an EMT. It is important to her to continue promoting oral health in her community.
Cece & her husband have a little girl whom they adore & spend their free time with. They love to spend time up at their cabin kayaking & relaxing.

Andrea
Certified Dental Assistant
Andrea has been in the dental field for over 15 years.
She is a highly trained Certified Dental Assistant. She stays current with her continuing education classes, a commitment she takes seriously in order to help patients maintain their dental health. Patients also appreciate her gentle & compassionate bedside manner.
Andrea enjoys cooking, baking, & reading in her free time. She lives in Oxford with her husband, son, & dog.
Madison
Receptionist And Assistant
Madison is our receptionist & assistant here at Witer Family Dental. She enjoys welcoming our patients & makes sure they receive quality service & attention.
Outside the office Madison likes to take her lab, Kona, on walks & hang out with her friends on the weekends. Madison’s favorite food is sushi & she loves Arnold Palmer.
Kendall
Assistant
Kendall is one of our assistants. Kendall’s favorite part about dental assisting is learning new skills every day & making sure patients are comfortable & have the best experience during every procedure. Kendall aspires to be a Dental Hygienist in the future.
Out of the office Kendall loves spending time with her fiance Zach & going up north to her family’s cottage. Kendall’s favorite singer is Morgan Wallen. She also is the proud owner of a 7-year-old bernedoodle, Bear!
Juli
Assistant
Juli is one of the assistants to Dr. Witer. She lives in the country with her husband & two kids. She enjoys reading & being on the water.
Erica
Dental Assistant
Erica was born & raised in Austin, Texas. She made her way up to Michigan in 2021, when she began her dental assisting journey. Erica graduated early 2023 with honors & has been a wonderful addition to our team with bright smiles & a determined attitude. She has so much compassion for helping our patients feel comfortable in the dental chair. Our patients & staff enjoy her bubbly, positive personality & radiant smile.
In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors with her husband & 1.5-year-old twins, swimming, fishing, & hunting.
